Dear Danford Student.

As a response to the Victorian Government’s lockdown for Coronavirus please be advised that Melbourne is in Seven-day lockdown period from midnight Thursday 27 May 2021 until Thursday 03 June 2021 or until otherwise advised by the Department of Health – Victoria.

To safeguard the health and safety of all, please be advised that Danford College has adopted the following position.

1.Danford College Campus Temporary Closure: All campuses of Danford College will be closed from Friday 28 May 2021 and will re-open on Monday 07 June 2021.

2. This means that you will not be able to come to College for any reason.

3.Continue your studies as normal via online delivery: During this lockdown period it is important that you continue with your studies as normal and do not get behind with any of the subjects or assessment tasks. All Students please note that all classes will continue to be run via the Learning Management System: Canvas.

3.Phone Support: Telephone support is available to all enrolled students. If you have a question about your course then the best way to get an answer is to speak to your trainer in the first instance. For all other enquiries we have set up a phone number for enrolled students. If you need to ask about course fees, cancelling, deferring or suspending your course please call 03 9642 1667 during business hours from 9am – 5pm or email [email protected]

4.Counselling: Mental Health and Wellbeing Support: We understand that this is a difficult time for everyone. If you are experiencing stress at the moment and would like to talk to someone, the College has organised fortnightly counselling webinars. Students can book 3 free counselling sessions. To access these simply contact Liz on [email protected] to book an appointment with counsellor and arrange a time.

We look forward to providing you with further updates and seeing you back in the campus when the restrictions have been lifted.

Be Safe and remember if you have any symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19), even if they are mild, you should get tested and stay home until you get the result back.

Dear Danford Student. 

As a response to the Victorian Government’s restriction for Coronavirus please be advised that from 6pm tonight new restrictions will apply to greater Melbourne till 4th June 2021. 

  1. Masks must be worn indoors “at all times” 
  2. Private gatherings limited to five visitors per day 
  3. Public gatherings limited to 30 people 
  • Danford College Campus will remain open for classes still to be held face to face. This means that you are still encouraged to come to College.
