The first step is to complete and submit the Application for Enrolment for International Students through the college website. You must upload all necessary documentary evidence as specified in the application checklist. To ensure a successful upload, keep your attachment file sizes to a maximum of 20MB. Application Review and Conditional Offers
Once submitted, the College will review your application. If your application is missing any required documents, the College may issue a Conditional Offer Letter. This means you are accepted on the condition that you provide the remaining documents or meet specific requirements before a full Offer Letter can be generated.
Receive and Read Your Offer Letter
After a successful review, you will receive a formal Offer Letter in PDF format via email (or through your Education Agent). It is crucial to read this document thoroughly, as it contains vital information regarding the enrolment process, student policies, and the college's Refund Policy.
Sign the Letter of Offer via ZohoSign®
Once all the pending documents are received and reviewed, sign the Offer Letter digitally. This will act as a confirmation to the College that you have accepted the offer. If you are using an education agent, they will assist in submitting the signed document.
Pay your course fees
You must pay your tuition fees and provide evidence of the transaction. Payments can be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (BSB: 063-020, Account: 10470675, Swift: CTBAAU2S) at the college reception. Be sure to quote your full name during the transfer to ensure the payment is attributed to your account.
Receive eCoE and Apply for Your Student Visa
Upon receipt of your signed ZohoSign® agreement and payment, the college will issue your electronic Certificate of Enrolment (eCoE). This is the final document required to apply for your Student Visa through the Australian Department of Home Affairs website.
Choose the right course by researching your interests and goals, checking entry requirements, intake dates & fees, and considering other important factors like program structure and career outcomes.
Prepare
Gather supporting documents before applying. For example, your qualifications such as transcripts and certificates. Information to apply for Credit and Recognition of Prior Learning.
Apply
You can find the application form on our website. Complete the digital application form (Application for Enrolment) and submit your completed application with all the compulsory fields.
Read & Accept Offer
If you meet the entry requirements and your application is approved, DHE will issue you with an Offer Letter. The Offer Letter will provide information about your course, fee payment methods and an acceptance of offer form.
Attend Orientation
Make sure to arrive in Melbourne before your orientation date and attend the orientation to familiarise yourself with the campus and academic expectations.
